Microsoft questions we get asked
Does Microsoft back up our Microsoft 365 email and files?
Not in the way most businesses assume. Microsoft protects its infrastructure, but deleted or maliciously encrypted items are only recoverable for a limited window. We add independent backup with long retention.
Can you move our email to Microsoft 365 without downtime?
We pre-stage the tenant, sync mailboxes, then cut the DNS over out of hours. Staff typically sign in the next morning to a working mailbox with their history intact.
Which Microsoft 365 plan do we need?
Most Garden Route SMEs land on Business Standard for the desktop Office apps, or Business Premium when they need the built-in security and device management. We will map it to your headcount and quote both.
