Why brand choice matters

A network is only as good as the weakest device on it. We keep the list of brands we support deliberately short so that our engineers know each platform properly — the firmware quirks, the warranty process, the local distributor lead times. That means faster diagnosis when something breaks and fewer surprises when you need a part.

If you already run a brand that is not listed here, we will still support it wherever we reasonably can, and tell you honestly when a platform has reached the point where replacing it is cheaper than nursing it along.
